The Alaska District's Matt Johnson, project manager, describes to Col. Phillip Borders, commander, how the gymnastics room inside the Alaska Airlines Center could be retrofitted to hold additional patient beds on April 10 in Anchorage. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Alaska District is assisting FEMA and the State of Alaska to convert the arena into an alternate care facility in the fight against the coronavirus health crisis.
