A Soldier with the 335th Transportation Detachment prepares to deliver containers of medical supplies for COVID-19 mitigation in the U.S. Central Command Region on April 9, 2020 at the Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait. The delivery included medical supplies and the second half of a field hospital, destined for the 401st Army Field Support Brigade, and were transported on by the crew aboard Logistics Support Vessel USAV SP4 James A. Loux (LSV-6). Along with wearing masks during delivery operations, the crew has implemented additional cleaning measures while the vessel's underway as part of a health-protection plan, said U.S. Army Warrant Officer Shawn Partin, third mate aboard the LSV-6. "Everything we do is bigger than us, but comes down to us," Partin said. "It's important we keep our heads up." (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Angela O’Hearn)
