Wyoming Army National Guard Soldiers unload a litter patient with simulated injuries at Wyoming’s Guernsey Army Airfield following a training mission for C Company, 5th Battalion, 159th Aviation Regiment, which rescued two patients with simulated injuries June 21, 2012. The training mission was the first during a 72-hour training operation for the Company to prepare for future missions, both in combat and in support of their state missions. C Company, also known as Charlie Med, is the Wyoming Army National Guard’s most deployed unit, since Operation Desert Storm.
