EAST CHINA SEA (April 3, 2020) U.S. Navy Fire Controlman (Aegis) 2nd Class Nelson Silva, from Chicago, handles line aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11).
