EAST CHINA SEA (April 3, 2020) U.S. Navy Fire Controlman (Aegis) 2nd Class Michelle Parr, from Hayward, Wis., observes a replenishment-at-sea between the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) and the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11).
