NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 11, 2020) Capt. Eric Correll, commander, Task Force 75, briefs Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, 30th Naval Construction Regiment (30NCR) and Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 (CLR 3) on an operation to offload equipment for an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) from Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
