Combat Medics with Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 1st Squadron, 113th Cavalry Regiment, showcased a Field Litter Ambulance to local emergency coordinators after a planning meeting to give them a first hand account of the capabilities and capacity of the vehicle, Sioux City. The Iowa National Guard has been activated by the Governor to work alongside the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to provide planning, logistics and coordination support to the COVID-19 response effort.
