DEDEDO, Guam (April 15, 2020) U.S. Marines Corps Lance Cpl. Kevin Stevenson, motor transport operator with Motor Transport Company, 3rd Transportation Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, utilizes a Load Handling System on an MKR18 Cargo Logistic Vehicle System Replacement (LVSR) to offload an International Organization for Standardization container with materials for an Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of the Department of Defense’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
