New York, NY, April 14, 2020—The streets of Manhattan are empty on a midafternoon Tuesday as most residents stay home to flatten the curve. Normally crowded spaces are populated only by police, the national guard or security and a few people passing through. The Oculus transportation hub and retail center, usually full of commuters and tourists at this time of day are eerily empty. K.C. Wilsey/FEMA
