New York, NY, April 14, 2020--The streets of Manhattan are empty on a Tuesday midafternoon as most residents stay home to flatten the curve. Normally crowded spaces are populated only by police, the national guard or security and maybe a few people passing through. Late afternoon on the Plaza at Rockefeller Center, normally packed with tourists and commuters heading home after work, is eerily empty. K.C. Wilsey/FEMA
