    Representatives from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, the government of Guam, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), NAVFAC Marianas, U.S. Department Health and Human Services, and 18th MEDCOM conducted a site assessment April 22 of the John F.
