Luis Colon, a veterinary food inspection noncommissioned officer with the Fort Drum Veterinary Treatment Facility, U.S. Army Public Health Activity, and a native of Salinas, Puerto Rico, tests food products for contamination in the deli department of the commissary on Fort Drum, N.Y.
