    USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19)

200502-N-FA444-1088 PHILIPPINE SEA (May 02, 2020) Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Lorenzo M. Medina, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, guides an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12, “Golden Falcons,” toward the flight deck of U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during an underway replenishment (UNREP). U.S. Navy ships at sea conduct events like UNREPs to deliver essential parts, food and mail needed to keep the fleet on mission. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
