Bill Toledo, who served as a Navajo code talker with 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines and is a native of Laguna, N.M., explains what each device on his cover means to Pfc. Rachel Wagner, a Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 4 administration clerk and a native of Chinle, Ariz. The code talkers who visited Marine Corps Air Station Yuma on July 2 ate lunch in the chow hall with Marines and shared their story while they ate.
