Acting Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) James McPherson, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Mike M. Gilday and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell Smith are briefed by Recruit Training Command (RTC) staff members at Freedom Hall.
