Acting Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) James McPherson and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Mike M. Gilday are briefed by Recruit Training Command (RTC) instructors at the USS Wisconsin live-fire range. The acting SECNAV, CNO and the master chief petty officer of the Navy visited RTC, the Navy's only boot camp, to observe operations during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
