Lt. Russel Gulizia of the Navy Operation Support Command New York City briefs the crew of the Algerian navy ship Soummam (937) as part of the port visit. This marks the first time an Algerian navy ship has visited the United States. During their visit, the Algerian crew will tour the city and conduct office calls with city and government officials.
