200513-N-OW019-0036 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 13, 2020) Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Chris Larusso, from Lindenhurst, New York, stands by to signal to the pilots of an MH-60R Sea Hawk, assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 73, on the flight deck of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59). Princeton is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) as part of Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG). COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the CSG, while testing its ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
