200514-N-OW019-0018 PACIFIC OCEAN (May 14, 2020) Ensign Sarah Freeman, from Niantic, Connecticut, uses a gyroscope during watch on the bridge of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59). Princeton is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), as a part of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 11. COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the CSG, while testing its ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
