Equipment Operator 3rd Class Connor Prentiss, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, drives a MK31 tractor with an attached highboy trailer to the yard where the equipment will be unloaded. NMCB 4 is conducting a Mount Out Exercise to test the battalion’s ability to load and transport material and equipment.
