Equipment Operator 3rd Class David Montenegro, assigned to Naval Mobile Cnstruction Battalion (NMCB) 4, removes a cargo strap on the highboy trailer so the 12K forklift can be unloaded. NMCB 4 is conducting a Mount Out Exercise to test the battalion’s ability to load and transport material and equipment.
