Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command apply tourniquets during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care course at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 13, 2020. The SPMAGTF-SC medical team trains the Marines in TCCC to use the skills with partner nation medical personnel. TCCC reinforces the Marines skills to provide lifesaving care and to limit the risk of further casualties.
