Petty Officer 2nd Class Joshua Hole, a builder with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18, and a Springfield, Ore. native, hammers a punch into a steel beam to prepare it for installation of crossbeams which will complete the footbridge here July 12. The footbridge was part of an Innovative Readiness Training event at the Summit Bechtel Family Scout Reserve that pairs military service members with civil projects that benefit the community.
