Mike Gilday speaks during the ground breaking ceremony for the Operational Archives and Repository Complex, Aug. 5, at Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC). The Navy is renovating two buildings at NHHC into a modern complex that will meet standards for the protection and care of the Navy’s intellectual property that includes archives, records, books, art, underwater archaeology lab and some of the Navy’s most at-risk collections.
