Simulated casualties are obscured by the dust from the rotor wash of a landing helicopter during a personnel recovery exercise with pararescuemen from the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron July 18, 2012, in the Grand Bara Desert, Djibouti. The simulated casualties allowed the pararescuemen to practice insertion, emergency medical, and extraction procedures during a joint training exercise in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
