Joseph Sweeney, the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army at the Fort Hunter Liggett community relations meeting, August 19, 2020. He stated that the Army chief of staff is focused on five people initiatives: housing, PCS moves, daycare, spouse employment, and childcare.
