A Waterman fountain pen, used by General Douglas MacArthur to sign the instrument of surrender in Tokyo Bay aboard the USS Missouri (BB 63) is displayed aboard the Battleship, USS Wisconsin (BB 64). The artifact is in the collections of the MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk, Virginia and was displayed during a live-streamed ceremony commemorating the end of World War II on September 2, 2020.
