A U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor aircraft assigned to the 1st Fighter Wing, sits on the flight line after night flying operations at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Sept. 1, 2020. The 1st FW conducted routine night flying operations at Langley Air Force Base and in the surrounding Hamptons Roads community from Aug. 31, through Sept. 3, 2020. The temporary shift to night flying allows Airmen to remain current with essential training in order to optimize combat readiness.
