U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Thomas M. Siverts, the outgoing commanding officer of 2d Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment (V28), 2d Marine Division, gives his final closing remarks after a change of command ceremony on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sep. 3, 2020. During the change of command ceremony, Siverts relinquished command of V28 to Lt. Col. Douglas P. Bahrns.
