Airman 1st Class Keith Kennedy, 2nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron communication and navigation systems technician for the B-52H Stratofortress from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., inspects issued equipment prior to launching the B-52, July 24, at Nellis AFB, Nev., during a Red Flag exercise. Red Flag provides an opportunity for Air Force Global Strike Command units to demonstrate their ability to deploy long-range strike forces and deliver precision effects that strengthen the nuclear enterprise.
