Counterdrug Task Force members participating on a Campaign Against Marijuana Planting (CAMP) mission and partnering law enforcement officers assist in attaching enclosed cargo nets, filled with illegal marijuana, onto a line attached to a helicopter to be flown out for disposal, 21 July in the San Bernardino National Forest. This CAMP mission was a two-day operation with partnering law enforcement agencies. CAMP was created in 1983 as a multi-agency law enforcement task force to combat illegal marijuana operations in California that have a devastating effect on the environment, wildlife, and our communities. CDTF provides critical support to law enforcement agencies in CAMP operations all over the state. (U.S. Air National Guard photo/ Master Sgt. Holly Bayly)
