Neary, commander of Marine Forces Europe and Africa, observes the terrain at Algeti Training Area during a visit with members of the Peace Keeping Operations Training Center, Joint Training Evaluation Center, and Georgian 32nd Battalion Commander, near Tbilisi, Georgia, Sept. 21, 2020.
