Felipe Sotomayor, a water treatment specialist assigned to the 127th Quartermaster Company out of Fort Bragg, N.C., fills a potable water reservoir during a Vibrant Response 13 field training exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., July 29. During the exercise, the Puerto Rico native was responsible for monitoring the water levels and filling the reservoirs at various training sites.
