The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Heriberto Hernandez (WPC-1114) embarked 30 migrants of Dominican Republic nationality from a 20-foot makeshift vessel interdicted by a Puerto Rico Police marine near Rincon, Puerto Rico unit the night of Sept. 26, 2020. The migrant group was later transferred to the Coast Guard Cutter Vigilant (WMEC) and repatriated to the Dominican Republic. (U.S. Coast Guard photo).
