MAYPORT, Fla. (Sept. 18, 2020) – Cara Brockett, a physical therapy assistant at Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport, assess Air Force Col. Doug Fike’s ankle. Brockett, a native of Hilliard, Florida, says, “I have been a PTA for nine years now and I absolutely love assisting patients in their recovery from injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Providing care at NBHC Mayport has been the most rewarding experience of my career. I’ve learned so much along the way, and I feel honored to be able to assist our service members in any way possible.
