Panel members speak during the 56th Fighter Wing’s inaugural Women’s Panel Sept. 28, 2020, at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. During the engagement, women in the officer and enlisted ranks discussed retention rates, women’s issues in the workplace, and creating new mentorships and networking opportunities. The 56th FW Diversity and Inclusion Team hosts similar events to provide Airmen an avenue to foster an inclusive environment and share ideas about diversity to wing leadership.
