U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Benjamin W. J. Capuli, an embarkation and logistics specialist with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, emerges from water during personnel recovery training during an emergency deployment readiness exercise at Trujillo, Honduras, Sept. 20, 2020. Capuli successfully accomplished the shallow water egress trainer during the exercise. Soldiers with Joint Task Force-Bravo and SPMAGTF-SC conducted this exercise to showcase SOUTHCOM’s capability to quickly self-deploy and respond to a variety of contingencies across Central America. The Marines of SPMAGTF-SC continue to perform interagency cooperation with members of JTF-Bravo to meet mission success and work together to strengthen relationships with partner nations.
