Ciuca visited Arlington National Cemetery to participate in a wreath-laying, hosted by Jones.
During his visit, Ciuca also toured the Memorial Amphitheater Display Room and met with Karen Durham-Aguilera, executive director, Arlington National Cemetery and Office of Army Cemeteries, to present a gift to the unknown soldiers.
