    Troopers with the 181st Chemical Company, 2nd Chemical Battalion, 48th Chemical Brigade out of Fort Hood, Texas, sample leftover residue from a leaking rail car using chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear equipment to test for possible hazardous contaminants during a Vibrant Response 13 field training exercise at the former Jefferson Proving Grounds near Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., Aug. 1. The Fort Hood soldiers demonstrated their ability to provide support to local, state and federal civilian authorities during the U.S. Army North led training exercise.
