    CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Lapthe C. Flora, commanding general, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, center-left, speaks to service members stationed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, during a ceremony in honor of the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67), on base, Oct. 12, 2020. Cole was the target of a suicide attack by terrorists, Oct. 12, 2000, during a routine refueling stop in Yemen’s Aden Harbor killing 17 Sailors and injuring another 37 Sailors in the blast.
