Clemson University Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Detachment 770 cadet Brendan Schirm, of Marietta, Ga., a sophomore studying civil engineering, hands off a POW/MIA flag to fellow cadet Josiah LaMont, a sophomore studying science, Oct. 16, 2020. Clemson's AFROTC cadets honored U.S. service members who were prisoners of war and are missing in action by running the flag around Bowman Field from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in teams of two, taking one-hour shifts running with the flag and passing it off to each other between every lap.
