Clemson University Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Detachment 770 cadet Brendan Schirm, of Marietta, Ga., a sophomore studying civil engineering, runs past Sikes Hall with a POW/MIA flag, Oct. 16, 2020. Clemson's AFROTC cadets decided to honor U.S. service members who were prisoners of war and are missing in action by running the flag around Bowman Field from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in teams of two, taking one-hour shifts running with the flag, passing it off to each other between every lap. They did the honor run in October since the scheduled POW/MIA day events in September were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. (Photo by Ken Scar)
