Senior Airman Oliver Martin and Airman 1st Class Derrick Hogans, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron ambulance service technicians, function check equipment prior to working their shift at Bldg. 137 here March 8. Function checks of all emergency equipment are conducted by technicians at the beginning of every shift. Ambulance techs provide initial medical response on Spangdahlem AB to support base response to in-flight and other mission related emergencies, as well as any other on-base incidents.
