Senior Airman Oliver Martin, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron ambulance service technician, responds to an emergency call during his shift outside Bldg. 137 here March 8. Function checks of all emergency equipment are conducted by technicians at the beginning of every shift. Ambulance techs provide initial medical response on Spangdahlem Air Base to support base response to in-flight and other mission related emergencies, as well as any other on-base incidents.
