FORT BENNING, Ga. – A recently renovated home on Fort Benning's Rainbow Loop. Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston got a look inside the home Oct. 22 as part of an effort to monitor progress in giving Army Families quality homes and housing services. Grinston said a vital part of the Army's effort to improve housing services will be close involvement of those in leadership positions. The Army earlier this month announced plans to spend billions of dollars on Family housing and Soldier barracks. Grinston said he and other top Army leaders will keep up close scrutiny of housing services now and in years to come.
