Members of the 148th Fighter Wing's Civil Engineering Squadron accept inputs from an inspector and perform Self Aid Buddy Care on a simulated downed airman during Exercise Crimson Icefall at the Air National Guard base in Duluth, Minn. During an October that set snow records for Duluth, the 148th Fighter Wing conducted a full scale readiness exercise to assess the unit's ability to employ and sustain combat capability in a contested environment.
