As part of a self-aid and buddy care training exercise, a 436th Civil Engineer Squadron Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force member reviews a tactical combat casualty care card identifying simulated injuries to Senior Airman Rachel Zirkle, 436th CES explosive ordnance disposal journeyman, Oct. 21, 2020, on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Sixty-four Prime BEEF members made up 10 teams in a 96-hour readiness exercise that included SABC, vehicle convoy techniques and land navigation exercises prior to arriving at the Tactics and Leadership Nexus. While at the TALN, they participated in night vision goggle familiarization; chemical, biological and radiological and nuclear defense training; individual movement techniques; and defense fighting position exercises.
