Four 436th Civil Engineer Squadron Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force members carry a mannequin on a stretcher after navigating through numerous Conex obstacles Oct. 21, 2020, at Tactics and Leadership Nexus on Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Sixty-four Prime BEEF members made up 10 teams participated in a 96-hour readiness exercise that included self-aid and buddy care, vehicle convoy techniques and land navigation prior to arriving at the TALN. While at TALN, they participated in night vision goggle familiarization; chemical, biological and radiological and nuclear defense training; individual movement techniques; and defense fighting position exercises.
