Chief Master Sgt. Shae Gee, 436th Airlift Wing command chief, gets help adjusting the drawstrings of her mission-oriented protective posture gear around her protective mask as a part of Tactics and Leadership Nexus (TALN) Oct. 27, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Senior leaders participated in TALN, a first-of-its-kind integrative combat and leadership facility. TALN includes group leadership challenges, first aid, chemical defense and combat simulations.
