Senior Master Sgt. Troy Sahai, 436th Airlift Wing Staff Agencies superintendent, fires off a practice Simunition round before a combat simulation as a part of the Tactics and Leadership Nexus (TALN) Oct. 27, 2020, at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Senior leaders participated in TALN, a first-of-its-kind integrative combat and leadership facility. TALN includes group leadership challenges, first aid, chemical defense and combat simulations.
